Tata Motors and Freight Commerce Solutions Private Limited (‘Freight Tiger’) have formalized a pivotal agreement, signing a Securities Subscription Agreement (SSA) and a Shareholders Agreement (SHA) for the acquisition of a substantial 26.79% stake in ‘Freight Tiger’ at a cost of Rs 150 Crores. Furthermore, the SSA allows Tata Motors the option to invest an additional Rs 100 Crores over the next two years, based on the prevailing market value.
