In a country where cinema stirs emotions and cricket unites millions, the fusion of both passions finds its ultimate stage in the World Championship of Legends (WCL). After a roaring success last year, the highly anticipated Season 2 is back—bigger, bolder, and fiercer. At the center of this excitement is Team India Champions, the defending titleholders, led once again by none other than cricketing legend Yuvraj Singh.
The WCL, co-owned by Bollywood icon Ajay Devgn, brings together six cricketing powerhouses—India, Australia, England, South Africa, Pakistan, and West Indies—for a clash of legends. Representing India with pride, Team India Champions is owned by Sports Merchants Ltd, a UK-based company deeply passionate about reviving the golden era of cricket.

Coming off an electrifying title win in Season 1, the team returns recharged with a powerful squad. A major addition this season is Shikhar Dhawan, who joins a star-studded line-up featuring Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, Robin Uthappa, Yusuf Pathan, and more. With a balance of firepower and finesse, the full squad also includes Ambati Rayudu, Stuart Binny, Gurkeerat Mann, Siddharth Kaul, Abhimanyu Mithun, Vinay Kumar, Varun Aaron, Piyush Chawla, and Pawan Negi.

Reflecting on the league’s growth, Yuvraj Singh said, “WCL isn’t just another cricket tournament—it’s a celebration of the game we love. Sharing the field with fellow legends is always special. Team India Champions represents legacy, pride, and purpose. We’re ready to defend our title and give fans something unforgettable.”
