Apoorv Kansal, who is currently seen in the reality show The Society, says that while social media is an essential part of his work as a digital creator, maintaining balance is equally important. Known for his active presence online, Apoorv admits that platforms like Instagram play a significant role in his daily routine. “As a social media influencer, Instagram is naturally a big part of my everyday life. I log in frequently to share content, interact with my followers, and keep up with new trends,” he shared. “However, I also try to ensure that it doesn’t end up taking over my entire day. For me, it’s important to treat the platform as a useful tool rather than letting it dictate how I spend my time.”

Apoorv Kansal believes that social media has significantly reshaped the way people communicate and build professional opportunities. According to him, the boundaries between personal and professional spaces have gradually blurred in the digital age.
“Today, many meaningful conversations, collaborations, and even career opportunities begin on platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp. For creators and influencers, these apps are not just social spaces—they are also professional tools. In many ways, our personal and work lives have become deeply interconnected through these platforms,” he explained.

At the same time, Apoorv feels that social media has also influenced how people perceive success, happiness, and popularity. He pointed out that many individuals unknowingly compare their lives with what they see online.
“Social media often shows only the highlights of someone’s life, and that can sometimes create unrealistic comparisons. People start measuring their happiness or achievements based on followers, likes, or engagement, but real success and fulfilment are far deeper than numbers on a screen,” he said.
Speaking about maintaining a healthy relationship with social media, Apoorv emphasised the importance of self-awareness and balance. “My advice would be to use social media as a platform for expression, learning, and connection—but never let it define your identity or self-worth. It’s equally important to invest time offline, with family, friends, hobbies, and personal growth. When you maintain that balance, social media can truly become a positive and empowering space,” he concluded.
