Veteran producer and real estate visionary Anand Pandit has long shared a deeply rooted emotional bond with the Bachchan family—one that seamlessly bridges cinema and commerce. Known for often stating that he cannot imagine a film without the towering presence of Amitabh Bachchan, Pandit’s association with the family extends beyond the silver screen. He previously collaborated with Abhishek Bachchan on the successful OTT film The Big Bull, and now, the partnership has entered an exciting new chapter that has created waves across both the real estate and entertainment industries.
Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited, the luxury and ultra-luxury real estate powerhouse led by Pandit, is marking its strategic expansion into Gujarat with a landmark project in the GIFT City Area, Gandhinagar. What makes this venture particularly noteworthy is its unique profit-sharing development agreement with Abhishek Bachchan. The land for the project was originally acquired by Amitabh Bachchan nearly 15 years ago, adding a deeply personal dimension to the collaboration.
