Actor Rahuul Chwudhary is a fitness freak guy. Now gyms are open again, he is back to work-out. Says Rahuul, “I am a gym freak as you can do work-out for every body part accordingly but this lockdown has also made me love working out at home in my comfort zone as well. I try going to gym at least four days a week. Being an actor it is very important to keep your body in shape.”
About gym routine he says, “I start with warm up which is sprint by running over a short distance at the maximum possible speed in a limited period of time. After which every day I train focus on exercise for two parts of body i.e. Chest and triceps, back and biceps, Legs and abs and then shoulder.”
This lockdown, Rahuul Chwudhary also took tremendous efforts on home workout. Sharing about exercising at home Rahuul told, “After warm-up exercises, I used to work-out with dumbbells and resistance band focusing each and every muscle”. The biggest advantage of having a home gym is that you can exercise whenever you want and not just when the gym is open.”
Besides rigorous workout Rahuul also concentrated on quantified nutrition, no fried, no junk diet to get those killer six packs. “I am away from sugar since few years and tried replacing it with stevia. On my cheat days I love to indulge in a good chocolate cake which is my weakness. I always try to quantified whole food with enough of proteins- that’s my mantra of staying fit,” says the actor.
“I always try eating quantified and try to find the right balance as our body requires wholesome nourishment. I make sure that I eat my micronutrients and macronutrients as I am not a person who believe in fad dieting strategies. Eating the right amount of protein with whole food keeps me consciously in shape throughout the year,” adds Rahuul.
