Marriott Bonvoy, the award-winning travel programme by Marriott International, is reimagining the idea of loyalty by making it feel simple, intuitive and seamlessly enjoyable—much like a comforting cup of tea. In a unique collaboration with Sri Lanka’s celebrated tea brand Dilmah, the programme has introduced Loyal-Tea by Marriott Bonvoy, a limited-edition initiative featuring a special tea blend crafted exclusively for India.

Inspired by the belief that loyalty should be as effortless as a daily ritual, the campaign will come alive through an immersive pop-up experience in Mumbai on March 21–22. Visitors can participate in an engaging on-ground activity and stand a chance to win exciting rewards, including Marriott Bonvoy points, making the experience both interactive and rewarding for attendees of all kinds.

At the heart of this initiative lies Marriott Bonvoy’s broader regional campaign, “Loyalty, Just That Easy,” which aims to break the perception that loyalty programmes are complicated or limited to frequent travellers. Instead, it positions loyalty as something accessible and rewarding for everyone, whether they travel occasionally or often, seamlessly fitting into their everyday lifestyles.

The Mumbai pop-up at Phoenix Palladium Courtyard will feature a lively game where participants can win from 300 exclusive Loyal-Tea blind boxes. Each box contains a collectible tea tumbler and the specially curated tea blend. Among them, one coveted Golden Tumbler offers a grand prize of one million Marriott Bonvoy points—redeemable for stays, dining, and experiences across over 10,000 destinations worldwide, giving winners unmatched flexibility and value.
