Nestlé India is gearing up to leave an unforgettable impression at the iconic Hornbill Festival—one of India’s most vibrant cultural celebrations. Uniting two of the Northeast’s most loved brands, NESCAFÉ® Ready-to-Drink Cold Coffee and MAGGI® Spicy Noodles, Nestlé is unveiling a striking Morung-inspired experience zone that beautifully merges Nagaland’s heritage with the brands’ signature visual language.
Conceptualised as the dynamic ‘Sip n Slurp Morung’, the space is crafted as a warm, inviting fusion of tradition and taste. Festival-goers will step into an atmosphere adorned with hand-carved wooden installations, intricate tribal motifs, and traditional patterns that reflect the cultural soul of Nagaland. Within this immersive setting, visitors can unwind with chilled café-style NESCAFÉ® cold coffee and indulge in steaming bowls of bold, fiery MAGGI® Spicy Noodles—including three specially crafted flavours curated for the festival’s youthful and energetic crowd.

Speaking about the initiative, Ms. Rupali Rattan, Director, Food, Nestlé India, shared,
“MAGGI holds a cherished place in homes across the Northeast. With MAGGI Spicy noodles taking center stage at the ‘Sip n Slurp Morung’, we’re celebrating flavours as bold as the spirit of this region. This is our way of expressing gratitude to a community that has embraced MAGGI with immense love.”

Echoing the sentiment, Mr. Manav Sahni, Director, Dairy, Nestlé India, added,
“NESCAFÉ has always stood for meaningful connections over shared moments. At Hornbill, we’re excited to honour the region’s heritage and vibrant youth culture by weaving café-style experiences with local designs and symbolism. Our aim is to offer festival-goers a refreshing NESCAFÉ moment rooted in the pride of the Northeast.”
Enhancing the experience further, NESCAFÉ’s visual identity has been specially reimagined with Nagaland’s traditional circular art forms and indigenous motifs. With this impactful presence at Hornbill, Nestlé deepens its longstanding relationship with the region—celebrating culture, spreading joy, and honouring the communities that have embraced its brands for generations.
