After enchanting audiences in Kochi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Pune, Reflet—a genre-defying performance that blurs the boundaries between hip-hop, contemporary dance, meditative balance work, roller skating and immersive visual poetry—now glides into Ahmedabad for a special showcase on December 11 at Natarani.
Crafted by acclaimed French choreographer and artistic director Xuan Le and performed with celebrated dancer-choreographer Shih-ya Peng, Reflet invites audiences into a mesmerizing universe where movement becomes emotion, rhythm becomes breath, and bodies paint stories in motion. Every glide, pivot and moment of stillness unfolds like a poem brought to life, elevated by an atmospheric electronic score composed by Jules Evrard, whose soundscape pulses through the space with both intimacy and power.

Reflecting on the India tour, Xuan Le shares, “Reflet’s journey across India has been a profound opportunity to share our movement language with diverse audiences. We look forward not only to the shows but also to exchanging energy during the workshops—moving, learning and creating together.”
This multi-city tour—running from November 27 to December 16, 2025—is presented by the Alliance Française network and the French Institute in India, institutions committed to deepening Indo-French cultural dialogue and bringing global contemporary performance to Indian stages.

The Ahmedabad edition is produced by Aaron Fernandes Entertainment (AFE), known for presenting visionary international productions across India.
“Ahmedabad has always embraced experimentation with an open heart,” says Aaron Fernandes. “Reflet embodies that spirit—it is visual, poetic and deeply sensory. It offers a cinematic, intimate experience that transcends language and form, inviting audiences to feel as much as they see.”
Fernandes also highlights the magnetic soundscape by Jules Evrard, whose electronic compositions respond to each movement with breathtaking synchronicity.

He expresses equal excitement about the Alliance Française and the French Institute in India continuing to bring transformative international performances to Indian audiences.
