St. Xavier’s College is ready to once again throw open its gates for one of Asia’s most iconic intercollegiate festivals—Malhar. Taking place on the 14th, 15th, and 16th of August 2025, Malhar returns with its signature energy, diversity, and creative spirit. This year, the fest dives deep with a theme that beautifully merges reflection and imagination—“The World Within.”

Far more than just a college fest, Malhar is a cultural movement powered by youth. It is where stories are told, identities are shaped, and ideas collide to spark something truly unforgettable. In 2025, the festival invites everyone to explore not just what’s outside, but the vast inner landscapes that shape our thoughts, creativity, and collective expression. It’s a celebration of self-discovery, emotional depth, and the powerful connections we forge with others.

The visual identity for Malhar 2025 reflects this inward journey. The newly unveiled logo takes inspiration from the ancient Celtic Triquetra, a symbol of interconnectedness and harmony. Its three interwoven arcs represent the world above, the world around, and the world within. At the center lies a radiant golden star—a beacon of inner light. Encircling the design are Roman numerals I to XX, signifying Malhar’s 20 diverse departments, with “MMXXV” boldly marking the year.
